More durian

Mummy and daddy decided to give durian another go. Eeks…it still smells terrible. Take it away pls.

Mummy is still pretty insistent on letting me try. Ok, fine…..I learnt my lesson. Just let me take a bit to get her off my back. 婆婆 also eating so it can't be that bad rite?

Hmmmm….wait…it tastes good. If I try to ignore the smell…it actually taste quite good! Ok mummy more!! more!!

I ended up holding onto mummy hand (that has the durian) and bringing it into my mouth non-stop. Yummy. More!!

Daddy finally fixed up my x'mas gift!

Daddy finally fixed up my x'mas gift! Waited so long & finally my own remote car! Strange isn't it....the car can move on its own.

Durian!

First time I had durian. I really didn't like the smell of it and kept pushing it away.

"Mummy, go away, it smells bad! How can you eat that….leave me alone to see the buses along the main road"

But mummy just won't give up…kept pushing it near me for me to try. Ok…I will just try a bit to get her off my back. Hmm….still didn’t really like it but I did take a few more mouthful before deciding that it's the end…no more!

Surprise Suprise!

Oh...I am never short of surprises for my mummy. This morning while she was changing my diaper, I pointed to the picture of a bear on the cot and said "Bear".

Mummy gave me the surprised look again (just like yesterday nite at Giant) and then told me "wah! Clever boy! Ya... it's a bear bear.

I then proceeded to say, "Bear Bear" and gave mummy the brightest grin!

Mummy, did I make your day today!

I can do the sign for MILK

Today I surprised mummy by showing her that I can indicate when I want milk. For nearly 2 to 3 weeks, mummy has been showing me the sign for milk (ie opening and closing of my fist). While we were at Giant, mummy ask me if I wanted some water. I looked her in the eye and showed her the sign for milk instead.

Mummy was so surprised that she asked me, "Baby you want milk?". Sigh...wasn't that what she taught me. Okie...so I showed her again by opening and closing my fist one more time. Mummy quickly shouted over to daddy and says "Baby knows how to sign for milk liao!"

Mummy then turned to me and said..."okie baby show papa that you want to drink milk milk". Getting a little proud of myself, I then proceeded to continuously open and close my fist to show my daddy.

Ain't I a bright baby? :-)

3. If the job is not done fast enough, go back and bang the table some more.

Big Swollen Eyes

Alamak, I woke up with a big swollen right eye today. Yesterday, there was a naughty mosquito that sting me on the top of my eyelid. Looks fine yesterday but I woke up with a big swell in my eyes. Boo hoo hoo...can't even open my eyes plus it is soooooooo itchy. But daddy and mummy won't let me rub my eye. So mean!

Daddy and mummy brought me to Dr Sim to get some medication to apply. Hope it gets well soon.

Ready, Get set, GO!!! Vroomm....Let's go for a spin. Honk honk! Eh. the honk is not working too well. It's ok, we can still enjoy the drive. Sit tight, here I go!

My 2nd haircut

Today is the 2nd time I cut my hair. The ocassion? To look nice nice for CNY.

This time round, the cutting is a lot better than the first time. I went to Yishun and cut together with daddy. At least I am not alone. :-)
